Mini photoshoot | 30 min

The Process

Schedule a Call (15 min)
Get to know each other, share all ideas and determine the desired outcome of the photoshoot.

Sign Photography Contract
& Secure the date and time of the photoshoot by completing pre-prepayment deposit.

Location Choise (& permissions)
Choose your Mood, Location, Outfit & Props. Optional: booking creator’s assistance.

Photoshoot Day!
Please note: being at the location on time is crucial due to the lighting conditions and/or reserved studio time.

Previews via Pic-Time gallery
Choose your favourite Pictures, but note that images outside the original package will cost extra to edit.

Pictures delivery via Pic-Time gallery
Digital Images in HD (max. A2-format) is the standard. Ordering prints or custom-made album is possible.
Keep in mind: delivery can take up to 2 weeks!

FAQ
Where do you photoshoot?
The short answer is: anywhere!
I have done many photoshoots in many different cities in the Netherlands, Germany, Lithouwen, Croatia and Belarus.
I am based in Tilburg, The Netherlands, but I don't mind travelling!
Please note that the travel costs are for the client unless other agreements are made.
As long as it is physically possible for me to be at the location and make your dream photoshoot ideas come to life I will be there.
Will there be a second shooter?
The second shooter can be hired for an additional service at any package. My professional advice is to add a second-shooter service to your package if:
You want to document events at two places at the same time, for example: Behind the scenes and at the Main Event.
You want your photographer to help you get ready as well as get the pictures done.
You want to capture many angles at the same time or combine photo- and video shoot.
Feel free to discuss this during our call to make the best decision.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
For the 1,5 hour and longer photoshoots I reserve my whole day due to photoshoot preparations and the pictures back-up, so it is possible to extend the session on the day.
But my advice is to discuss all your wishes with me upfront, so we all know for 110% that we will have enough time to make the photo shoot happen with the best possible lighting on the day of.
Extension of the Mini Photoshoot can not be guaranteed!
What kind of gear do you use?
For a Daylight situation, I use my standard set-up with my Canon 850D SLR camera and 27-135 mm zoomlens.
For portraits, I tend to bring my 50 mm lens and a reflector and or an RGB light with a diffuser and my on-camera flash along.
For a night or an indoor situation, I always bring my on-camera flash and/ or Two Octagonal Softbox Lights, depending on which set-up is required for the photoshoot.

Do I have to order prints?
I provide all my clients with a digital gallery of previews and edits with high-resolution images (300 dpi) that are very suitable for prints.
My 24 Megapixel camera allows you to make (very) good prints up to approximately A2 size (±60x40cm)
You are free to order your prints anywhere, but if you need my help to make an album and/ or create any products for you, I am happy to advise or add that service to your package!
